I’ve loved everything about houses and homes since I can remember. When I was little, my mom would draft a floor plan for a new home, and my dad would build it. Running through half finished homes was the norm growing up!
With this background and my unique experiences I feel the love of homes is in my blood. My first step into home ownership started when I was just 21 years old and purchased my very first home. Soon after, I was tearing apart countless walls, kitchens, baths, and making them shine. I converted spaces into rental properties and learned to be a great landlord, and eventually designed my very own custom home.
I have seen how Real Estate has provided me with not just an income stream and financial security for me and my daughter, but also the knowledge of the ins and outs of home ownership and the endless possibilities available with bricks and mortar. In the past (as a tenant), I have gone through realtors that have been good…but Heidi BY FAR exceeded any of my expectations. She was responsive in her emails prior to meeting, on time for viewings, super friendly and knowledgeable. When we showed interest in renting a place, Heidi was on top of it! It seemed she must work around the clock and I could tell how much effort she put into helping us. Heidi kept us in the loop for every detail, which I appreciated very much. If there was ever a delay from the landlord/listing agents end of things, Heidi would keep us updated, so it was never an issue of us wondering “what’s happening”.
