There's been a lot in the news lately about the challenges facing new home buyers. I meet with many potential buyers feeling the fear of the rising prices, low inventory, lack of down payment, the stress test, you name it!

As a daughter of Lithuanian parents who immigrated to Canada and built houses that became our homes, I learned from a very young age the value and comfort in owning your own home. Over the years I have been able to buy and sell homes, and even manage to keep some of those properties and make them rental opportunities.

I believe all people deserve the same opportunity, comfort and financial security that can be gained through home ownership. I felt not enough was being told on how this is possible. In this resource, it’s an easy to navigate collection of e-books and handouts to help give you the edge on your real estate journey.

Online resources are great, but I wanted to take it a step further and pull together an interactive session and host a webinar on the very topic of inspiring home ownership. My first session will show buyers how they CAN buy a home in this market. I will be joined with a local real estate lawyer and mortgage agent to help new buyers gain knowledge to help them get into this market.

There are three critical ingredients needed for every transaction, and our mortgage expert will explain those needs, and what to do if you don’t have them. There will be three non-conventional ideas shared as well. We will have our legal expert on hand who will review what to do to protect everyone in the process.

More topics to follow, and one day I hope to take this virtual session and once again be able to host in person events.
