The year 2020 will definitely be a year to remember, as we bid farewell to an unforgettable year and look ahead to a fresh new start.
I think the word that describes the year 2020 is “unpredictable”. That is the exact word that comes to mind when I reflect on the year in real estate. Prices and inventory were at surprising levels, the climate and motivations for buying and selling impacted and then, the record low interest rates.
